Abs Fixation👉👉More About Abs

Situation:  I previously lost weight... is that "qualified as cutting"... because "abs" didn't come out after.  I wasn't trying to get abs though.  But I did gain weight after.  I do advance yoga.  But I never get "abs".

Answer:  Generally speaking... I'd say that "abs" never came out, because "abs" were obviously not part of your goal in the first place (based on your narration).

Doing advanced yoga doesn't qualify as a reason to instantly get abs.  It's easy to grow some mass-cles with yoga, depending on which type of yoga you are doing... but it is not necessarily so.  I've seen advanced teachers and a lot of them are actually chubby (not fat, just chubby) and not even "toned".  And the ones I know who actually have huge bulky muscles and abs grew their muscles and abs through gym-ing and/or other physical recreations/sports.

#Planks (if done alone) won't just make abs pop out.  It can tone your core.  But it is not enough to make #killerabs pop out.  Unless you probably do planks for an hour everyday.......👀

Also, you have to consider other details, such as your body type (and other key factors).  If you are doing advanced yoga... you are supposed know this.  You have to inspect the details that would allow you to achieve your goal of developing abs.

☝Or work with a fitness trainer who can guide you through your goal.

🌏And it is ideal to choose a vegan trainer, if you are already transitioning into #veganism #plantbase #wfpb.

It usually doesn't matter that much👉UNLESS the fitness program includes meal recommendations/menus.  Some fitness trainers/programs includes a daily/weekly/monthly meal plan, which you have to stick to.

Sometimes, a trainer/program doesn't include a meal plan.  HOWEVER, they tend to base "metrics" on a "nonvegan diet".  One of the disadvantages:  IF you aren't meeting your goals, your trainer might ding you for your vegan nutrition.

So #vegans #plantbased people often prefer to find a #veganfitnesstrainer, IF they can find one in their area.
Good luck!  I wish and envision for you much success in making those abs pop out!
