You Are Never Alone

So, I keep saying, "You are never alone!"  And tonight... for the first time ever... I actually stumble upon another psychic's post in one of my FB Buy and Sell groups.  Yes!  The very first time!

I do know that there are other psychics in my town.  It's quite easy to find a folk practitioner in the countryside.

But online on FB and right in my town......... Life keeps surprising me!  And it's a beautiful surprise!  Thank you!

Mudra Beyond Colloquialism

When words have more definitions than one.  For today, let's talk about the "mudra".

If you think you don't have time for tai chi, yoga, or meditation, then #mudra is perfect for you.

No need to do a lotus pose.  No need to sit in meditation.  In fact, you can do this when you are in the commute, or stuck in traffic... or waiting for the Sunday service sermon to end.  And no one will even notice.

(I even do it when I'm in bed and can't sleep 😊 )
