Ab Updates #LightPower #PlantStronger

So I completed almost or probably an average of 100 days of intermittent nonfooding (starting from February and ending in May).

And though I lost "fat" and remaining "chubby-ness" from the past...

I actually have been gaining mass.

I also got some upgrades (check out the photo above... think chaturanga... and improving my push-ups and other core routines).  Which all contributed to ab definition.  The "six-pack" project is still a curiosity for me... though I'm not obsessing over it.  I'm surprised though with what's been going on... as I do know many people around the world have gained flabs instead of abs for yoga-ing... that they are quite surprised I AM actually gaining ab definition for yoga-ing.
