We're not against the corporate world. Some people like the commute and day jobs. It's about proper work conditions and terms. An employee receiving a minimum of P8,000 or P13,000 will never have a better life if they don't get a second job only because that amount of salary is just enough to pay for ensuring they are able to go to their work every day➡not an amount that allows them to have a good home, raise families, bring children to private schools... or afford other normal human being life conveniences and sacred rights.
People should not be getting second or third or fourth jobs in order to maintain and sustain their primary source of livelihood and actually make a living and live a decent life.
Their primary jobs should➡above all else➡already address that first purpose of having a job, in the first place.
A second or third job should only be an option... should a person desire more income. But never for the purpose of addressing the first reason why they got into a job.
Freelance, business, self employment, homebased work... these are not supposed to be solutions to replace the corporate system. They are only supposed to be options➡preferences of the kind of work a person would be happy to have.
There's nothing wrong with being an employee. There's nothing wrong if you prefer to be a manager. However, you are not better off just because you get into business or become a business owner.
Employee or business owner➡you got work to do.
It's about "where you are fulfilled the most".
An employee can be perfectly successful, content, and happy being an employee.
The same way you can be equally successful, content, and happy being a business owner.
No judgements.
Not everyone will wanna get into business. And even a business person requires a team of employees to actually run a business. And guess what? There are people who are happy enough to be cocreators and collaborators with you as their leader➡without having to be business-minded folks.
If you wanna keep it real and change the world: If you are a bread winner supporting a family (your own or your immediate blood family)... you have to have more than P50,000 basic pay per month to do all that.
