My family always celebrated birthdays at least a week... an entire month the most.
Last year, I decided to officially celebrate an entire year for my birthday.
"OFFICIALLY" because it is actually something I have been contemplating on for a couple of years... as part of my personal understanding to human incarnation and what birthdays are.
